After almost 30 years, the Dutch rock band Kane marked the end of an era with their final concert in Rotterdam Ahoy on 18 October 2025. Kane, formed in 1998 by Dinand Woesthoff and Dennis van Leeuwen, became one of the most recognizable and successful rock bands in the Netherlands. Throughout their career, Kane released multiple chart-topping albums and singles, and established a strong reputation for both studio recordings and live performances. This live recording of their final concert brings together the songs that shaped their success, and proved to be a special, unique night where fans had the chance to indulge themselves in the live experience one more time before the band disbanded. Guitarist Dennis van Leeuwen described the night as "unforgettable" and "magic". The setlist of the concert includes well-known hits such as "Rain Down on Me", "No Surrender", "Shot of a Gun", "Something to Say" and "Fearless", alongside other fan favourites that highlight the different phases the band went through. This concert and record is a testament of the band's achievement and ever-lastig impact they had in the past decades on Dutch pop culture. Kane Live in Ahoy 2025 is available as a limited edition on red coloured vinyl and includes an 8-page booklet with concert photos.
