Album uit 1999 met onder meer 'Anthems for the Year 2000', 'Ana's Song (Open Fire)' 'Miss You Love' en 'Paint Pastel Princess'. Voor Daniel Johns is dit zijn meest persoonlijke album als hij openlijk zingt over zijn strijd tegen anorexia. In 2010 stond Neon Ballroom in de Top 25 van de '100 beste Australische Albums' en het album wordt beschouwd als Silverchair's beste album ooit.
